The Town is re-advertising lots for sale! A 3-year tax reduction incentive is being provided on all lots hereby listed as follows:

Year 1 and Year 2 > base tax payable only; no additional taxes levied
Year 3 > base tax payable plus only 50% of taxable assessment
Year 4 and on > regular taxes charged as per base tax and assessment
